Hi everyone. Another short message today.
Praises:
- We had a great staff vision retreat last week. Your prayer made a difference in protecting each of us from attacks from the enemy and created an environment where the Spirit was able to talk through each of us. Eight of our key North Texas staff were there and ironed out the direction of our ministry for the next year. Thank you so much. I”ll probably share some about this in the future.
- The two Friday night home groups are going very well during the summer at UTA. Praise the Lord for the relationships that are forming.
- Lisa had her birthday and we were so blessed by the birthday wishes for her.
- The kids just finished school and are “bored” already at home but have project to keep them focused. Jonathan was just inducted into a select group that are on an honor wall at Arlington Independent School district. It includes people who have been honored with a national or state award of any type in the district. It is a unique honor.
- I met with a student Tina who is going to be baptized during our UTA July 4th party to prep her. She is now at Richland college under our staff members Hannah & Peter and growing.
- My colonoscopy test went smoothly and so far it sounds like it went well. Thanks for praying for that blessing.
- Restarted meeting with Alex from Colombia over Skype as we did some basic PTO Discipleship.
- Picked up two students from the airport, It was quite the experience. One of these days ask me about Yusuke (from Japan) & Nicola (from Italy). God allowed me to bless both of them with Jesus’ love. These are great guys. I am thankful for the opportunity.
